tsukemono
Jan. 16th
Our group theme was tsukemono.
**Ayano Jyukorogi
Her topic was hukuzinduke.
We ohen eat hukuzinduke with rice. It doesn't fermentate.
It contents japanese radish,cucumber,eggplant,rotus roots,pellia ans so on.
I don't like hukuzinnduke before, but I try to eat it.
Her good point was eye contact.
**Sayaka Omura
Her topic was pickle.
Pickle is westen tukemono. Various bagetable to pickle in liquid with suger and vineger.
It is fermentated.There are lots of pickle in each country.
I like pickle so much.
Her good point was big voice.
**Risa Asoshina
Her topic was anchovy. Anchovy is name of fish.In Japan,anchovy means salting food.
It is made in Italy and Spain. It is used for sandwich or canape.
I don't eat anchovy so often.But it looks so yummy.So, I try to eat it!!
Her good point was detailed speech.
**Shiho Arima
Her topic was takuann.
Takuann is made from japanese radish.Japanese radish pickled bran and salt.
There are habbit takuann are always taked out 2 pieces.It relate about japanese sound.
I don't know that habbit.I can learn good thing.
Her good point was eye contact.
**Saki Konomi
Her topis was takanaduke.
Tkana contents lots of nutrition. But it also contents lots of salt too.
Her grandmother often gives her takana. I like takana to eat with rice or fried rice.
It is very delicious.
Her good point was speak slowly.
**Ai Kawahara
Her topic was narazduke.
Naraduke made from cucurbitaceous plant, cucumber,watermelon,ginger and so on.
They are pickled in sake lees.It contents lots of lactic acid bacteria,so it has lots of nutrition.
There are naraduke of plum. I never eat it.So I try to eat it.
Her good point was lots of picture.
**Chika Masuda
Her topic was kimch.
Kimch is one of the five health food.Kimch are made from chanese cabbage and lots of vagetable.
It is fermentated.It is made in korea. It is very spicy.
I like kimchi very much.
Her good point was big voice.
**Yui Matsumoto
Her topic was pickled plum.
It contents vitamin B1 and B2.Plum is dyed only two days.
Plum discherge bacteria.But don't eat two pickled plum per a day.
Her good point was detailed speech.
